
The scholarship covers 100% tuition fees for the entire duration of a degree program (3–4 years) starting in October 2025. Wide Range of Programs for Pakistani Students
Students can choose from a wide range of disciplines, including Computing & IT (Cyber Security, Data Science, Networking, Interactive Media), Business (Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Analytics), Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Quantity Surveying), Humanities & Sciences (Education, Biotechnology, English, Sciences), as well as Law, Architecture, Interior Design, and Psychology.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
Eligibility requires a strong academic record with at least 3 A-Level passes (or equivalent), scoring between 75%–90%. Applicants must also hold a valid passport and provide all supporting documents, including birth certificate, transcripts, and passport copy.
Scholarship Value and Living Costs
The scholarship is equivalent to USD 10,000 – USD 25,000 in tuition coverage. However, students must manage their own living costs, estimated at USD 350–500 per month. Importantly, HEC has clarified that it is only facilitating the advertisement and holds no financial responsibility for the award.
