Applications are now officially open for the Rotary Peace Fellowship 2027-28, one of the world’s most prestigious fully funded international fellowship programs focused on peacebuilding and sustainable development. Open to candidates of all nationalities, the program will award 170 fully funded fellowships for the 2027–28 academic cycle.
The Rotary Peace Fellowship aims to develop future leaders equipped with the skills, knowledge, and global exposure needed to promote peace, conflict resolution, and development at local and international levels.
Programs and Host Countries
Successful applicants can pursue either a Master’s Degree or a Professional Development Certificate, depending on their academic and professional background.
Master’s Programs – Host Countries:

- United States
Certificate Programs – Host Countries:
- Türkiye
- Uganda
- India
The master’s programs last between 15 and 24 months, while the professional development certificate program runs for one year.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Open to all nationalities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong academic record
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience for master’s programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience for certificate programs
- Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to peace
- At least three years gap between last degree completion and fellowship start date
