Punjab offers jobs with salaries up to Rs750,000; who can apply?
The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) started a major recruitment drive by announcing 31 contract-based vacancies. The hiring aims to improve the authority’s administrative, technical and academic operations across Punjab. The vacancies are available for qualified professionals across different departments.
The available jobs include positions in administration, finance, education, information technology, research, monitoring and data management. These opportunities are designed for experienced professionals as well as candidates looking to grow in public sector careers.
PEIMA is hiring for six director-level positions with a monthly salary of Rs750,000. These include Director Human Resources & Administration, Director Finance, Director Program, Director Partnership & Collaboration, Director Academics & Research, and Director Monitoring & Evaluation.
Applicants for these senior positions should generally be between 35 and 55 years of age. They are also expected to have at least 16 years of education and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
The authority has also announced vacancies for Chief Audit Officer, Data Analyst and Data Engineer. Each of these positions offers a monthly salary of Rs350,000.

The Chief Audit Officer post is open to candidates aged 30 to 45 years. Data Analyst and Data Engineer applicants are generally required to be between 28 and 45 years of age.
Several Assistant Director vacancies are also available in administration, finance, programmes, partnerships, academics, training, monitoring and information technology. Most of these positions offer Rs225,000 per month, while the Assistant Director IT & Software Development post carries a salary of Rs300,000 per month.
Candidates applying for Assistant Director positions should have at least 16 years of education. They are also expected to possess three years of relevant professional experience.
PEIMA has further announced seven Assistant positions and two Assistant IT positions. Each of these jobs offers a monthly salary of Rs150,000 and requires at least one year of relevant work experience.
Applications are invited from candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Information Technology.
