(Web Desk): Former prime minister Imran Khan’s medical report from PIMS hospital has been received by his family through Adiala Jail officials after treatment.

According to the medical report, former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan’s family received his official health report through Adiala Jail authorities. The report was originally prepared at PIMS hospital and later shared with the jail administration before being handed over to his family.

The report revealed that Imran Khan had complained about reduced vision in his right eye. Following this complaint, a complete eye examination was conducted inside Adiala Jail. A specialist eye doctor carefully checked his condition and carried out a detailed medical evaluation to understand the exact problem.

Doctors diagnosed him with “Central Retinal Vein Occlusion” in his right eye. This condition affects blood flow in the retina and can reduce vision. Medical experts recommended that Imran Khan should receive follow-up treatment at a hospital to prevent further complications and protect his eyesight.

According to the report, Imran Khan was shifted to PIMS hospital between Saturday and Sunday night for treatment. The medical procedure was carried out with his consent, and doctors confirmed that the treatment was successful.

The medical procedure was completed in about 20 minutes inside the operation theatre. After treatment, Imran Khan’s condition was stable. Doctors discharged him from the hospital with routine medical instructions, and he was safely sent back to Adiala Jail.

Meanwhile, Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar confirmed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had directed authorities to ensure transparency. Following this instruction, the PIMS hospital executive director sent the medical report to the Adiala Jail superintendent, who then delivered it to Imran Khan’s family.

This development has attracted public attention, as people closely watch Imran Khan’s health situation during his time in jail. His quick treatment and stable condition may reduce immediate health concerns, but doctors’ recommendation for follow-up care shows that his eye condition still needs monitoring. The release of the medical report to his family also appears aimed at avoiding confusion and ensuring transparency.
