Famous Pakistani youtuber Saad-ur-Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai was arrested by National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in case of promoting Gambling apps on his social media platform.
Justice Shahram Sarwar, who presided over the case, issued a detailed two-page written judgment. Barrister Amrit Ahmed and Advocate Aftab Zafar represented Ducky Bhai in court.
The FIR lodged against him does not mention a specific date or time of the alleged incident; it only cites the year 2025.
According to the case details, Ducky Bhai was accused of promoting a gambling app that allegedly defrauded the public by not providing the promised profits.
The investigation agency did not record statements from any affected individuals. The charges do not fall under prohibited legal clauses, and the court noted that such cases are eligible for bail.
Co-accused Asad Nadeem had already been granted bail earlier. The court also stated that any seizure or property-related issues will be examined during the trial.

Ducky Bhai had been in custody since August 17, 2025. The court concluded that no further investigation was required in this matter.
