Holland shared that some scenes in Spider-Man: Brand New Day are being re-shot to add extra humor and adjust the villain’s storyline.
“We’re finding ways to layer in a villain plotline differently and some really fun stuff. The movie works as it is, we’re just adding the icing on the cake in certain areas,” the actor explained.
Despite the reassurances, fans expressed mixed feelings online. Many feel that changes could disrupt the movie rather than improve it.
“This is bad by the way if you don’t know how to feel about it. It means the movie is going to be dogshit and exactly like the past 3,” one fan wrote on X.
