Blake Lively reportedly ends 20-year relationship with longtime publicist
Why Blake Lively and Leslie Sloane reportedly parted ways
According to Page Six, Lively and Sloane have ended their long professional partnership.
The report said the split came after Lively’s high-profile legal battle with her former It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni.
Lively first began working with Sloane more than 20 years ago when she was becoming widely known through Gossip Girl.
Sloane later launched her own public relations company, Vision PR, in 2014. Lively remained one of the firm’s clients.
Leslie Sloane was also drawn into the legal dispute
Sloane became involved in the legal fight after Baldoni accused her and Vision PR of helping spread negative stories about him.
Sloane denied the allegations.
A judge later dismissed the claims against Sloane, according to the report.
The dispute between Lively and Baldoni began in December 2024.
Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the filming of It Ends With Us. She also accused him of running a retaliatory smear campaign against her.
Baldoni denied the allegations and later filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Legal battle continued for more than a year
A judge dismissed Baldoni’s lawsuit in June 2025.
Lively’s sexual harassment claims were later dismissed in April 2026.
However, her retaliation claim against Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, remained active at that stage.
The legal dispute eventually came to an end through a settlement in May 2026.
The settlement was reached only weeks before the case was scheduled to go to trial.

What the reported split means
Lively’s reported decision to part ways with Sloane marks the end of a professional relationship that lasted around two decades.
The timing has attracted attention because it follows a long and closely watched legal dispute involving Lively, Baldoni and several people connected to the case.
However, the report does not establish that the legal battle was the direct reason for the professional split.
