According to police, ringleader Hassan Shah was arrested from Peshawar along with an accomplice named Rafiq.
Hassan Shah is the central figure in the gang consisting of 12 members including women involved in honey trapping famous personalities, police said.
Further interrogation from the accused is underway, they added.
It is to be noted here that police busted a gang including four women and five men involved in honey trapping Khalilur Rehman Qamar and robbing him of cash and other valuables.
Police said the accused were involved in extorting money by honey trapping famous and wealthy personalities. The Organised Crime Unit of Model Town police arrested the accused.
