Web Desk: Pakistani celebrities are praising the nation after Pakistan successfully mediated a two-week ceasefire between Iran and the United States, preventing a possible escalation into a wider conflict.

As tensions soared with fears of massive US military action, Pakistan stepped in to negotiate peace, helping both sides agree to a temporary halt in fighting. The world breathed a sigh of relief as hope returned to the region.

Mahira Khan shared her excitement, saying, “Pakistanis around the world are feeling proud. In a world where war is rising, we chose peace and mediated it. Pakistan Zindabad!”

Singer Farhan Saeed called the ceasefire a “big relief” for the region and the world, describing it as the “biggest diplomatic win for Pakistan,” while actor Aijaz Aslam said Pakistanis stood “tall with pride,” calling it a “monumental moment in history.”

Shaista Lodhi, celebrity dermatologist and TV host, called the agreement “encouraging” and expressed gratitude to PM Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir for their leadership.

Actor Mira Sethi referred to Pakistan as a “global peace broker,” and Adeel Hussain echoed her sentiment, calling the nation a “global peacemaker” and expressing pride in being Pakistani.
