Lahore (Web Desk): LHC grants bail to former NCCIA official in Ducky Bhai bribery case after hearing a petition at the Lahore High Court.

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has approved the bail request of a former additional director of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) who was accused of misusing his authority and taking a bribe in a case related to YouTuber Ducky Bhai.

Justice Abher Gul Khan heard the bail petition filed by Chaudhry Sarfraz during a court session.

After listening to the arguments presented by both sides, the judge approved the bail and ordered the release of the former NCCIA official.

During the hearing, the defense lawyer told the court that other individuals accused in the same case had already been granted bail earlier.

The case relates to the arrest of a well-known Pakistani YouTuber, Ducky Bhai.

After his arrest, allegations surfaced that certain officials had abused their authority and accepted bribes during the investigation process.
