On 28 November 2025, actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani delighted fans by unveiling not only the first photograph of their newborn daughter, but her name as well.
The couple shared the picture in which they were holding the tiny feet of baby and reveals the baby’s name as Saraayah Malhotra.
The Instagram post was captioned as, “From our prayers, to our arms… our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah Malhotra”. The name “Saraayah” is believed to derive from the Hebrew name “Sarah”, meaning “princess”, a fitting tribute to their little one.
The couple welcomed their baby girl on 15 July 2025 and had requested privacy at the time of birth, urging media and fans to refrain from sharing or capturing photos, a sentiment they continued to uphold until now.
