The court’s orders state that TikToker Rajab Butt will serve community service under the supervision of a probation officer for one year. Rajab Butt will discuss animal rights in his 5-minute vlogs. The vlogs will be uploaded after the probation officer’s approval during the first week of every month. The content of the vlogs will focus on the protection and rights of animals.

The court also directed the Wildlife Department to provide Rajab Butt with all the material related to animal protection. The ruling further stated that if the probation officer summons Rajab Butt personally, he will be required to attend. If the ruling is not complied with, a report will be submitted to the court.

In a statement, famous TikToker Rajab Butt admitted, saying that a lion cub was illegally found in his possession. He was unaware that wild animals could not be received as gifts. He now understands that keeping wild animals in such circumstances is inappropriate and regrets his actions.

The statement also mentioned that as a social media influencer, he should create positive content. He acknowledged that he was not authorized to keep the lion cub and set a wrong example by doing so. Realizing his mistake, he will voluntarily provide community service on his social media platform and send a positive message about the rights of wild animals. He leaves himself at the mercy of the court.
