According to international media reports, the United Arab Emirates has successfully resolved the issue of verifying educational credentials for private sector employees. A new digital service is being introduced to streamline this process, initially targeting employees whose qualifications were obtained from foreign institutions. However, the system is expected to expand soon to include degrees issued within the UAE as well.
The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) stated that this digital initiative is designed to make the hiring process more efficient, transparent, and reliable. The service will be accessible through the MoHRE’s official website, mobile app, and business service centers across the country.

A key benefit of this new system is its ability to allow both government and private institutions to verify academic credentials directly and digitally, significantly reducing the need for paperwork and minimizing the risk of credential fraud. This move is seen as a major step forward in enhancing regulatory oversight and simplifying employment procedures.
