
Not just that, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also climbed sharply. It rose by Rs4,372 and touched Rs341,906, compared to the earlier Rs337,534. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22 karat gold surged to Rs313,425 from Rs309,517.
Silver too joined the rally, surprising many. Per tola silver spiked by Rs42 to close at Rs4,637, while 10 grams silver jumped Rs36 to Rs3,975.

The international market mirrored this upward trend. Gold prices gained a hefty $51 and settled at $3,770 per ounce. Silver also inched higher to $44.10 after a $0.42 increase.
Gold and silver are rising fast, both locally and globally. This sudden jump is worrying buyers but is creating hope for investors. People are curious whether the rally will continue or if the prices will cool down soon.
