Bangladesh Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus in a message To Modi:
"We extend our deepest condolences to all the families who lost their dear ones at this tragic incident. We stand in solidarity with the people and Government of India, and offer our full support in any form."

It is essential to note that the ill-fated Boeing 787 Dreamliner departed from Ahmedabad at 1:38 PM and tragically went down just five minutes later, crashing into a residential area in Meghani Nagar. The aircraft was being piloted by Captain Sumit Sabharwal, with Clive Kunder as co-pilot.
The flight was carrying 232 passengers—230 adults and 2 infants—along with 12 crew members, bringing the total number of people on board to 242.
