One key part of this hiring push comes from dnata, Emirates’ ground‑service arm, which plans to add 4,000 specialists in cargo handling, ground operations, and catering. This reflects dnata’s rapid growth and the high demand for reliable aviation support services.
Emirates has long been a top choice for job seekers, receiving over 3.7 million applications in recent years. The airline’s tax‑free salaries, free flight tickets, health and life insurance, profit shares, and staff discounts make it an attractive employer.
Emirates’ big hiring drive shows it believes air travel demand will keep rising. Hiring now lets the airline improve service and innovate. Global job fairs and Dubai‑based sessions also blend international experience with local talent. As the industry recovers, these jobs provide good career paths and prove Emirates is focused on leading the market.
