(Web Desk): Saudi Arabia has made the Nusuk Card compulsory for performing Hajj, as this card plays a key role in accessing all Hajj services and ensuring smooth entry and movement.

The ministry of Hajj and Umrah described the importance of this card as this will ensure safe, easy and secure Hajj for Hajj pilgrims. This card will maintain high standards of organization across the holy sites.

According to the ministry, the card will regulate pilgrims’ entry into Makkah and the Grand Mosque, while also facilitating movement between key holy sites. Officials emphasized that the system will significantly improve crowd control and help reduce congestion during the pilgrimage.

As part of the Kingdom’s digital transformation efforts, authorities have also launched an electronic version of the Nusuk Card, accessible through the Nusuk and Tawakkalna mobile applications. This digital feature enables pilgrims to quickly access their personal information, ensuring faster verification and easier access to services.

In an official statement shared on Twitter, the ministry confirmed that Nusuk Cards will be distributed through approved service providers assigned to each pilgrim. Pilgrims who have not received their cards are urged to contact their respective service companies promptly to avoid any delays before beginning Hajj rituals.

To further support visitors, the ministry has established a unified contact center along with digital platforms to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a smooth and well-organized pilgrimage experience.

Authorities have stressed that carrying the Nusuk Card at all times during Hajj is mandatory, as it serves as the primary document for accessing services and moving between locations.

The ministry added that adherence to these guidelines will help ensure a safe, efficient, and hassle-free Hajj 2026 for all pilgrims.
