On the other hand, the international aid organization Oxfam said that a few truckloads of aid cannot alleviate the hunger that has been deliberately imposed on Gaza for months.
A statement issued by Oxfam said that a modest easing of Israel s humanitarian aid cannot undo the damage caused by months of total restrictions. All Gaza crossings must be opened immediately to allow full, unhindered and safe delivery of aid.
The international charity said that anything less than a permanent ceasefire would not solve the real problem in Gaza.
