(Web Desk): Rockstar has used spy tactics to stop GTA 6 leaks and protect confidential information of its upcoming video game from being exposed online.

Rockstar is all set to release its highly anticipated video game, GTA 6 in November 2026. Before its release, Rockstar has tightened the video game’s security frustrating the fans and at the same time raising the stakes.

Rockstar Games has taken serious steps to stop GTA 6 leaks by using spy tactics inside the company.

The developer has increased secrecy and introduced new methods to ensure that GTA 6 leaks do not reach social media or the public before the official release.

Rockstar has used spy tactics such as sharing slightly different information with different employees to identify the source of GTA 6 leaks.

This method helps the company trace who is responsible if confidential details appear online. Rockstar has also spread controlled or fake details internally to confuse potential leakers and prevent accurate GTA 6 leaks from spreading.

The decision to use spy tactics came after GTA 6 leaks in 2022, when more than 90 early gameplay videos were leaked online.

The incident shocked the gaming industry and forced Rockstar to strengthen security. Since then, these spy tactics are being used inside Rockstar offices where GTA 6 is under development.
