Previously known as multi-device, WhatsApp offers a Linked Devices feature, allowing you to access your chats and calls seamlessly on additional devices, including another phone, or PC. If you re looking to use your WhatsApp account across several devices simultaneously, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Link devices feature on WhatsApp
The link devices feature allows you to use your WhatsApp account on several devices. This works by linking your other devices to your primary device at a time. Primarily, this feature can come in handy if your primary smartphone runs out of battery or your WhatsApp is closed by mistake.
Once you linked your device, you will be able to see your chats, calls, and other activities updated on all linked devices. If your primary smartphone is disconnected from WhatsApp, your sessions will not expire. However, keep in mind that you will be required to log in to your phone every 14 days to continue using WhatsApp on your secondary devices.
