The Punjab Revenue Department has taken charge of the FIFA Football House. The Revenue Department has appointed its officials to the FIFA Football House. There is an ongoing dispute between the Football Federation and the Revenue Board over the lease.

The Normalization Committee obtained a stay order from the local courts, and four days ago, the Board had the stay order dismissed. After the stay order was dismissed, the Revenue Board took over all the arrangements.

The Pakistan Football Federation says that they are busy with the World Cup Qualifying Round matches. They will consider this matter after the match. FIFA will be informed about the matter concerning the Football House. There are still 11 years left in the lease. No previous notice was issued in the case of the lease.

It should be noted that the FIFA World Cup 2024 Qualifier home match between Pakistan and Cambodia is currently underway in Islamabad. The match is being played at the Jinnah Football Stadium.

The first-leg match between both teams ended in a goalless draw. The national football team has not been able to achieve success in the history of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. The national football team also played their qualifying match against Cambodia for the FIFA World Cup 2022.
