Farhan achieved the milestone during the third match of the tri-nation T20 series, in which Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by seven wickets. Chasing a target of 129, Pakistan reached the total in 15.3 overs, securing their second consecutive win in the series.
The 29-year-old played a starring role, scoring 80 off 45 balls with six fours and five sixes, the final maximum marking his historic 100th six of the year.
In his T20 international career, Farhan has now struck 45 sixes in 32 matches, and across 141 T20 games overall, he has tallied 194 sixes.
