Australia-based Alpha Sports Group has partnered with OZ Group, the owners of the newly introduced Pakistan Super League franchise Sialkot Stallionz.
Under the deal, Alpha Sports Group has acquired a 75 percent stake in the franchise. The agreement was finalised after the PSL team auction held on January 8.
Alpha Sports Group is Australia’s largest wholesale distributor of sports medicine, physiotherapy, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and first aid products. The company brings strong experience from the global sports industry.

Both partners said they will jointly work on the overall growth of the franchise, team building, and improving performance in the Pakistan Super League.
Alpha Sports Group welcomed the partnership and said the goal is to develop Sialkot Stallionz into a strong and competitive PSL team. The announcement has created fresh excitement among fans.
Both Alpha Sports Group and OZ Group are based in Australia and are well known in sports management and investment circles. The partnership is being seen as a positive step for the upcoming PSL seasons.
The move comes weeks after Sialkot Stallionz were officially introduced as one of two new franchises ahead of PSL 11.

The franchise ownership rights were earlier secured by OZ Developers, owned by Hamza Majeed and Kamil Khan, during the PSL 2026 auction at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
OZ Developers bought the team with a record bid of Rs185 million, making it the most expensive franchise purchase in PSL history.
PSL 11, featuring eight teams, is scheduled to begin on March 26 and will be played across five venues in Pakistan.
