The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast severe cold and dry weather across most regions, with hilly and northern areas likely to experience severe cold during mornings and nights.

Fog Warnings in Punjab
Punjab districts including Sialkot, Narowal, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Okara, Kasur, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Faisalabad, Jhang, Shorkot, Multan, Kot Addu, Bahawalnagar, Khanpur, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan are expected to see moderate to dense fog, particularly in the early morning and night hours. Murree, Galiyat, and surrounding hilly areas will face severe cold conditions.

Weather Update for Sindh
Upper Sindh districts such as Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mohenjodaro, and nearby areas may experience fog late at night and during the morning, while the rest of Sindh remains cold and dry.

Most districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will see cold and dry weather, with fog in Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Swabi, Bannu, and Dera Ismail Khan. Northern hilly regions including Kalam, Swat, Dir, and Kohistan may experience rain, snowfall, and thundershowers during the evening and night.

Balochistan, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan Outlook
Balochistan will face persistent cold and dry weather, with northern districts experiencing severe cold, especially at night. Kashmir is likely to remain very cold and dry, while Gilgit-Baltistan may see cloudy skies with chances of rain and snowfall in mountainous regions.
