Kuwait’s Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has launched new Multiple-Trip Exit Permits for foreign workers, including Pakistani employees, to streamline travel procedures and simplify workforce mobility.
The new permit allows workers to enter and exit Kuwait multiple times without applying for a single exit permit each time. According to Arab media, this initiative reduces bureaucratic delays, saves time, and relieves workers from repetitive paperwork.

Applicants can submit requests and select the appropriate permit type via the “Ashal” online portal, which is part of Kuwait’s broader strategy to digitally transform public services and enhance operational efficiency for both employers and employees.
Officials highlighted that this initiative aligns with Kuwait’s ongoing efforts to modernize labor services, making it easier for foreign workers to manage their employment and travel efficiently during their tenure.
This development is expected to particularly benefit Pakistani workers in Kuwait, who form a significant portion of the country’s expatriate workforce, by improving convenience and reducing administrative hurdles.
