The Punjab government has issued a strong reminder to households across the province to complete their Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER)registration before the December 31 deadline, warning that families who fail to update their information may miss out on upcoming welfare programs.
According to officials, the updated PSER database will serve as the foundation for future social assistance, including targeted subsidies, relief packages, and income-support schemes. Authorities emphasized that only families whose data is fully verified will qualify for these initiatives.
The provincial administration explained that the verification campaign aims to build a clear and accurate picture of the socio-economic conditions of households across Punjab. This will help ensure that government support reaches the most deserving families without duplication or errors.

PSER field teams continue to visit neighborhoods and villages to collect fresh household data, verify existing records, and assist families who have not yet completed the process. Officials warned that households failing to update their details before the deadline risk exclusion from major benefits planned for early 2026.
Residents are urged to cooperate fully with survey teams and provide correct information to avoid delays. The government stressed that timely registration will help streamline future welfare distribution and improve the accuracy of the province’s social protection network.
