According to officials, these centers are designed to make everyday services easier and closer to people, especially those living in remote areas who previously had to travel long distances to NADRA offices.
At these e-sahulat centers, citizens can apply for new CNICs, renew old ones, and access other important services. Parents can also get B-forms for children under 10 years of age.
In addition, the centers handle the cancellation of CNICs of deceased individuals, making it a complete service point for many identity-related needs.
Officials say these centers will help save both time and money for the public by reducing travel and long waiting times at main offices.

Along with this initiative, NADRA has also issued a serious warning about fake websites pretending to offer official services. These fraudulent platforms aim to steal personal and financial information from users.
The authority has advised citizens to stay alert and only use official websites for any online services. It clarified that Pakistan’s visa applications can only be submitted through its official portal.
NADRA stressed that it has no link with any other website offering such services and warned that any loss of data or money on fake platforms will be the user’s responsibility.
This move aims to improve access to services while also protecting citizens from online fraud.
