According to authorities, any Benazir Income Support Program beneficiaries facing delays in receiving funds or illegal deductions can now report the matter directly to officials.

The program assures that no fee or deduction is allowed, and beneficiaries will receive the full entitled amount.

Women can approach their nearest BISP Tehsil office to lodge complaints in person. Alternatively, Benazir Income Support Program beneficiaries can use the national helpline 0800-26477 for complaint registration and guidance. Correct CNIC information is required to submit any complaint.

Program officials also warned that Benazir Income Support Program beneficiaries should not share money or documents with unauthorized persons or agents.

 Women are urged to keep personal information secure and report any fraudulent activity immediately.
