(Web Desk): The Benazir Income Support Programme has launched a dynamic survey to register new deserving families and update existing beneficiary records.

The Benazir Income Support Programme has announced a new procedure for the dynamic survey, aimed at identifying deserving families and ensuring financial assistance reaches those who truly need it.

According to officials, the survey allows families who were not previously registered in the programme to apply, while also enabling existing beneficiaries to update their information. The initiative is part of the Pakistan government’s efforts to strengthen the social protection system and expand financial support for low-income households.

To register for the survey, eligible individuals must visit their nearest BISP office. During the registration process, the applicant’s identity will be verified through National Database and Registration Authority to ensure the accuracy of the provided information.

Officials said applicants will be asked questions about their household conditions, income, employment status, and other socio-economic details. They must provide complete information about all family members so that the data can be properly recorded in the system.

After registration is completed, authorities will review and verify the submitted information. Families that meet the eligibility criteria will then be included in the programme and may receive financial assistance under BISP.

Officials further said that applicants can check their registration status through the 8171 service by entering their national identity card number. This service allows citizens to stay updated about their application.

Authorities have urged applicants to provide accurate and complete information during registration, warning that incorrect or incomplete details may lead to rejection of the application.
