As Lahore prepares for the revival of the Basant festival, the district administration has announced registration fees and procedures for kite makers, string manufacturers, and kite flying associations. Officials confirmed that the registration fee for kite and string manufacturers has been fixed at Rs 1,000, while the Kite Flying Association will pay Rs 5,000. These fees aim to formally regulate all organized kite flying activities during the festival.

The administration has clarified the registration process for participants. Form A will be used for kite makers and string manufacturers, whereas Form C will be designated for Kite Flying Associations.
