Private airline Airblue has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for cabin crew jobs in Lahore, offering a career opportunity for young female candidates interested in the aviation industry.
The airline confirmed that the walk-in interview will take place on March 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cultural Hall of Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore.
According to Airblue officials, the recruitment campaign aims to hire qualified candidates who can provide professional in-flight services and maintain the airline’s customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria for Airblue Cabin Crew Jobs
Airblue has outlined several requirements for candidates applying for the cabin crew positions.
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Only female candidates can apply
- Age limit: 18 to 28 years
- Minimum height: 5 feet 2 inches
- Weight: According to BMI standards
- Education: Intermediate or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
- Certificates must be verified by the relevant education board
Candidates must also possess strong communication skills in English and Urdu, which are essential for handling passengers and delivering safety instructions during flights.

Documents Required for Walk-In Interview
Applicants attending the interview must bring the following documents:
- Original CNIC
- Two passport-size photographs
- Matric and Intermediate certificates or equivalent educational documents
Airblue has emphasized that candidates should ensure their documents are complete and verified before attending the interview.
Dress Code and Interview Instructions
Candidates appearing for the interview are advised to follow a formal dress code, preferably business attire, to maintain professional presentation during the recruitment process.
The airline also clarified that TA/DA will not be provided for the interview process.
