The Punjab safe cities authority PSCA said that 267 vacant positions are available for police communication officers. Both men and women can apply, and all government quotas will be followed according to official rules.

According to the eligibility criteria, candidates must have 16 years of education in IT-related fields. Accepted degrees include BCS, BBIT, BS Telecom, MBA-IT, MCS, MSc IT, or any equivalent qualification.
Candidates who already have experience in police departments, IT projects, or call centers will be given preference. The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years, making it an opportunity mainly for young professionals.

Applicants must have a Punjab domicile. Candidates from Lahore, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Murree, Nankana Sahib, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kot Addu, Taunsa, Chiniot, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Wazirabad, and other districts are encouraged to apply.
PSCA stated that applications will be accepted through the National Testing Service NTS online portal. Government employees must apply through their proper official channel as per rules.
