Court orders release of Omar Ayub and other PTI leaders

RAWALPINDI (Web Desk): The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued orders for releasing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders including Opposition Leader Omar Ayub.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of ATC conducted hearing of the case where police presented PTI leaders under strict security arrangement.
Police requested the court to grant physical remand of Omar Ayub and other PTI leaders.
The court expressed displeasure over the arrest of PTI leaders, remarking that why they had been arrested despite having bail from Peshawar High court.
The court issues a contempt notice to five police officials and orders them not to arrest anyone within 500 meters of the Adiala jail premises.

It must be remembered that PTI leaders, Omar Ayub and others arrested from outside Adiala jail after they were indicted in GHQ attack case.
