Islamabad (Web Desk): The Islamabad High Court has fixed March 31 as the date for hearing the £190 million case involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.

The Islamabad High Court has set March 31 as the hearing date in the £190 million case against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, as the court reviews NAB objections on the suspension of sentences.

According to the court’s cause list, the case will be heard by Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.

The court has also requested the legal teams of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi to submit their responses to the objections raised by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

NAB has argued that the petitions seeking suspension of sentences are not legally maintainable, raising concerns over the admissibility of the requests.

Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have filed petitions requesting suspension of their sentences, which an accountability court earlier awarded on January 17, 2025.

The upcoming hearing is expected to focus on both the legal standing of the petitions and the objections raised by NAB, making it a key moment in the case proceedings.
