PML-N MPA Uzma Kardar’s jewellery set stolen from Lahore’s Model Town Club

LAHORE: (Suno News) Uzma Kardar, an MPA of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), complained to police that her jewellery worth Rs500,000 had been stolen from the Model Towb Club in Lahore.
The PML-N lawmaker said that the jewels had been taken away from her purse placed near a swimming pool at the Model Town Club.
She expressed her suspicion that two instructors and other employees at the club might have stolen her jewellery set.
“After a session of the Punjab Assembly, Uzma Kardar reached the Model Town Club for swimming. Her gold items worth Rs500,000 were stolen from her bag when she was swimming in the pool,” police said.
“The PML-N lawmaker has expressed her suspicion that instructors and other employees might have stolen her jewellery,” police added.
They registered a case and launched investigations.
