“Those who are making it an issue of ego and stubbornness are harming the country. It is time to rise above personal pride and think about Pakistan,” Gandapur urged.
The Chief Minister emphasised the need for national unity, saying,
“I believe the entire country must come together. PTI founder is a symbol of that unity — he represents all four provinces, including Balochistan and Azad Kashmir.”
On a question regarding a recent interview allegedly featuring Imran Khan’s children, Gandapur said, “I don’t know if the interview is genuine. These days, AI can generate videos too. I cannot comment on it yet.”
Regarding Junaid Akbar’s resignation saga, Gandapur said he had no information. “I haven’t spoken to Junaid Akbar. Only Aleema Khan can speak on that matter.”
Separately, the Chief Minister announced the division of Malakand into two separate administrative divisions.
The announcement was made during a consultative session in Peshawar, chaired by Gandapur, aimed at preparing next year’s Annual Development Programme for the Malakand Division.
The meeting was attended by elected members of the national and provincial assemblies from the region.
