Announced on October 24, 2025, Free Parwaz Scheme 2025 aims to empower skilled youth across Punjab by helping them secure employment opportunities both locally and abroad.

Eligible applicants will receive a Free Parwaz Card, which will grant them access to job placements, training programs, and professional career guidance,  all free of cost.

The key objective of the scheme is to transform skills into income. Many vocationally trained individuals struggle to find stable jobs after completing their courses. Through the Parwaz Card, the government will assist these trained youth in finding suitable employment in Pakistan and overseas, improving livelihoods and boosting the province’s economy.

The Parwaz Scheme 2025 is part of Punjab’s broader skill development and job creation plan. The government has already trained thousands of individuals in fields such as IT, healthcare, construction, hospitality, and engineering. Now, with the Free Parwaz Card, these skilled workers will receive verified job placement support, interview preparation, career counseling, and assistance in overseas employment procedures. The program also focuses on empowering women, enabling them to pursue professional opportunities with financial independence.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the scheme, applicants must:

•          Be residents of Punjab

•          Hold a valid CNIC

•          Have completed or be enrolled in a vocational or technical training program

•          Preference will be given to skilled individuals seeking relevant employment opportunities

•          Both men and women can apply

Required Documents

Applicants must provide:

•          CNIC or B-Form

•          Recent passport-size photo

•          Domicile of Punjab

•          Proof of training or certification (TEVTA, PVTC, or other recognized institutes)

•          Contact number and address

•          Passport copy (for overseas job applications)

Once verified, eligible applicants will receive their Free Parwaz Cards through district facilitation centers. Beneficiaries will be notified via SMS or phone call once their cards are ready.

How to apply for Free Parwaz Card 2025

When the portal launches, applicants can visit the official Punjab Skill Development Authority (PSDA) or Government of Punjab website, create an account using their CNIC and mobile number, fill in their details, upload the required documents, and submit their application. After verification, approved applicants will be informed about collecting their Parwaz Cards.
