Passengers arriving on PIA flight PK-842 from Jeddah to Islamabad were left waiting for over an hour and a half to receive their baggage. Despite the flight’s timely arrival, luggage had not reached the conveyor belt even long after landing.

Frustrated passengers expressed their concerns, saying the delay was due to a dispute between the airport authorities and the airline. Many complained about the lack of communication and coordination between the two entities.

The issue not only affected travelers but also caused inconvenience for those waiting outside the terminal to receive their loved ones. Families were seen waiting anxiously for extended periods without any official updates.

Passengers urged the concerned authorities to resolve the matter promptly to avoid such incidents in the future, emphasizing the importance of smooth coordination between airport management and airline operations.

As of now, no official statement has been released by either PIA or the Pakistan Airport Authority regarding the cause or resolution of the delay.
