PESHAWAR (Web Desk): The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has upgraded its one-window facilitation desk at Bacha Khan International Airport to better serve overseas Pakistanis.

Identity-related services for expatriates and international travelers will be streamlined by this enhancement.

In the international terminal s briefing area, the newly established desk is located. The desk offers improved digital services via the Pak-ID mobile application. This initiative aligns with the federal government s commitment to supporting the diaspora and is also a part of NADRA s broader efforts to facilitate overseas Pakistanis.

The upgraded desk provides comprehensive services, including the issuance and renewal of National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), Family Registration Certificates (FRC), and Pakistan Origin Cards (POC), as per NADRA s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Regional Director General. Reliability and convenience for travelers is ensured by these services, and they mirror those available at NADRA s main offices.

NADRA’s capabilities for both domestic and international services for overseas Pakistanis are enhanced by this upgrade. It provides overseas Pakistanis with a better and a smoother process. Furthermore, it also aligns with the federal government s continuous efforts to support Pakistani expatriates, including the placement of representatives from 13 departments at airport facilitation desks nationwide.

Reduction of waiting times and improvement of service delivery, particularly for senior citizens, disabled individuals, and those requiring urgent assistance, is expected by the establishment of this enhanced desk at Peshawar Airport. This development underscores NADRA s commitment to providing efficient and accessible services to overseas Pakistanis.
