
The interviews will be held on July 19 in Karachi and July 21 in Islamabad, starting at 9 a.m. The aim of both sessions is to find candidates passionate about hospitality, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
As per sources, applicants must meet basic criteria. These criteria include fluency in English, a minimum age of 21 years, a height of at least 160 cm, and the ability to reach 212 cm with an outstretched arm. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service and should have completed at least high school (Grade 12) education.
Moreover, visible tattoos while in uniform will not be accepted. Candidates must comply with UAE visa regulations. The airline wants candidates who can work efficiently across diverse cultures and demonstrate courteous behavior and professionalism.

Successful candidates will be offered a monthly salary of AED 4,835, flying allowances of AED 66.30 per hour (averaging 80 to 100 flight hours per month), totaling about AED 10,802 monthly income. Other than this, they will also get benefits including meal allowances during overnight stays, free furnished accommodation, transport to airports and hotels, 30 days of annual leave, and one free ticket to their home country per year.
Furthermore, employees will receive full medical and dental coverage, 24-hour international insurance, and end-of-service benefits under a contractual agreement.
Rigorous training for seven and a half weeks at Emirates’ training center in Dubai will be undergone by selected candidates. The program focuses on safety protocols, high-quality service standards, and operational procedures during flights.
