In response to the large crowds expected, Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) has been instructed to provide uninterrupted electricity supply throughout the three-day event. Ambulances and medical camps will be set up on-site by the health department, and fumigation efforts will be carried out twice a day to maintain hygiene.
Across the area, 2,688 policemen—including 100 lady constables—will be deployed. SSP Matiari Ejaz Memon shared that Bhit Shah will be divided into six security sectors, with continuous surveillance at 37 critical points. Before entering the shrine, visitors will pass through walk-through gates monitored by CCTV. This will ensure tight security and orderly management.
Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Yousuf Shaikh revealed that, for the first time, a free shuttle service will operate to transport visitors between the parking areas and the shrine, easing the travel experience amid large crowds. At various locations, cold water stations, heatstroke camps, and shaded rest zones will be established to help pilgrims cope with the summer heat.
This is not just a religious occasion but a heartfelt celebration of Sindhi culture, poetry, and spiritual heritage. This event is set to honor the revered saint whose poetry continues to inspire generations.
