The registration process for the Benazir Income Support Programmer’s (BISP) Dynamic Survey is completely free, straightforward, and accessible to all deserving families. As part of this initiative, eligible households will receive quarterly financial assistance ranging between PKR 10,500 and PKR 13,500, depending on their income verification.

To enroll, individuals must visit their nearest BISP Tehsil Office, locate the Dynamic Registration Desk, and bring the original CNIC, B-Form issued by NADRA for children, a recent electricity bill, and an active mobile number.

The registration process is free, simple, and open to all deserving families. Under this program, eligible households will receive quarterly financial aid ranging from PKR 10,500 to PKR 13,500, depending on their income status.

At the office, they will get a token, answer basic socio-economic questions, and verify their identity using a thumbprint.

After completing the registration process, applicants will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171, and if found eligible, they will receive an approval message from 811.

BISP has clearly stated that this process is entirely free and that no one should pay for registration.

Citizens are advised to ignore fake messages and trust only official communications.

From August 13, 2025, BISP will launch Sahulat Accounts, allowing direct payments into beneficiaries’ bank accounts.

It has also started the Benazir Hunarmand Program to offer vocational training for self-reliance. These initiatives will help update the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) and ensure support reaches those who need it most.
