To be eligible for the cabin crew position at AirSial, applicants must meet specific requirements. The airline is hiring female candidates only who are single, aged between 18 and 25 years, and have a minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or A-Level. A minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches is required, with weight proportionate to Body Mass Index (BMI) standards. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, along with strong interpersonal abilities. A confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance is also essential, as the cabin crew represents the airline s image.
For the interview, all applicants must appear in formal business attire, as per the airline s dress code policy. Candidates are instructed to bring their original and a copy of their CNIC, one recent passport-size color photograph, an updated resume, and photocopies of their Matric and Intermediate/A-Level certificates.
