Islamabad (Web Desk): An official update on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border situation said that no Pakistani military post has been captured or damaged so far.

According to the statement issued by Prime Minister Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs, Pakistan’s forces responded strongly to what was described as unprovoked aggression from the Taliban side. The update said heavy losses were inflicted across the border during the response.

Officials further stated that ‘no Pakistani soldier has been martyred’ in the ongoing situation. They rejected circulating claims about damage to Pakistani positions, calling them false and misleading.

PM Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs said on his official X.

The statement claimed that such reports are being spread by “India’s proxies in Afghanistan” to create confusion and panic.

It was also clearly stated that any aggression targeting Pakistan will receive an “immediate and effective” response. Authorities assured the public that the situation remains under control.

Security officials emphasized that Pakistan’s forces are alert and fully prepared to defend the country’s borders at all times.
