Pakistan security forces launch a major operation against Fitna al Khawarij militants in North Waziristan.
Web Desk: ISPR has released details about a recent security action that has drawn attention to rising threats in border areas.

According to ISPR, a North Waziristan operation was carried out after forces detected the movement of suspected militants. The action took place close to the Pak Afghan border, where security concerns have been increasing.

Officials said the forces acted quickly and effectively, engaging the militants before they could carry out any major activity. During the operation, eight members of Fitna al Khawarij were killed. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the site.

The North Waziristan operation has once again highlighted gaps in monitoring along the Pak Afghan border. Authorities have raised concerns that such areas can be used by militants to plan and launch attacks.

ISPR emphasized that operations against Fitna al Khawarij will continue with full force. Security officials have also started clearance operations in the area to ensure no militant presence remains.
