(Web Desk): ABP News was hacked as ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans and Pakistan Field Marshal Asim Munir’s speech clips were aired on the Indian channel.

In a surprising cyber incident, Indian news channel ABP News was reportedly hacked. Soon after the breach, viewers claimed that unusual content started appearing on their screens.

According to reports, slogans reading ‘Pakistan hamesha zindabad’ were displayed during the broadcast. The channel allegedly aired material related to the Pakistan Army. Clips and excerpts from a speech by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir were also shown.

The incident created panic and confusion among viewers. Social media users shared short videos and screenshots, making the issue trend online within minutes.

It is important to note that a day earlier, some Pakistani channels were also targeted by hackers. Pakistan’s well-known mobile streaming app Tamasha and private news channels were attacked, where anti-state content was reportedly aired.

Reacting to the situation, Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar said that enemies of the country are uncomfortable with Pakistan’s progress.

The back-to-back cyber incidents have raised serious concerns about digital security in the region. Experts believe such attacks are meant to send political messages and create psychological pressure.

This looks like a growing cyber battle. Media channels are becoming easy targets. Even short disruptions can create big reactions. Both sides may now tighten digital security. The situation could become more sensitive if such attacks continue.
