
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief made these remarks while addressing participants of the 17th National Workshop Balochistan at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi.
Speaking on the occasion, Field Marshal Asim Munir stated that India-backed elements, along with groups like “Fitna al-Khawarij” and “Fitna al-Hindustan”, are spreading anti-state propaganda to destabilize Pakistan and hinder its development. He emphasized that the state is actively conducting operations to eliminate all such terrorist networks and restore lasting peace in Balochistan.
He added that while Pakistan remains committed to peace and stability in the region, any violation of its territorial integrity will be dealt with firmly and decisively.

The Army Chief also praised the people of Balochistan, calling the province “a land of pride, patriotism, and resilience.” He urged the youth to rise above personal and political interests and play their part in ensuring Balochistan’s progress and prosperity.
According to ISPR, the meeting concluded with an open and interactive question-and-answer session where participants discussed national security and development challenges.
