Supreme Court schedules hearings on May 9 incident bail cases

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): The Supreme Court has scheduled hearings for cases filed to cancel the bail of the accused involved in the May 9 incident.
A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, will hear the appeals filed by the Punjab government. Justice
Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Shakeel Ahmad will also be part of the bench.
In this regard, the hearing on the Punjab government’s appeals against the bail of the accused in the GHQ attack case will be held on April 7.
Similarly, the hearing on the appeals to cancel the bail of 20 accused, including Aliya Hamza, will take place on April 8.
