Eligibility and Requirements
1. Language Proficiency: Required Language is English. Applicants must submit valid scores for TOEFL IBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average, with no section below 5.5), or the Bilkent COPE exam (at least C).
2. Academic Performance: BSc graduates or current MSc students must possess a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 at the time of application.
3. Standardized Test: A GRE General Test score is required for most international applicants (quantitative score of $153$ is preferred). A separate ALES score is required only for Turkish citizens residing in Turkey.
