For the first time in Karachi board history, the mathematics paper was checked using the e-marking system. Board Chairman Faqir Muhammad Lakho confirmed that the paper was evaluated through this modern digital process.

Faqir Muhammad Lakho said, “Using e-marking ensured transparency and improved the overall quality of the evaluation process.” He emphasized that adopting modern assessment methods is a significant step towards strengthening confidence in the examination system.
The use of e-marking shows Karachi’s education system is adopting technology for fairer exams. High participation and over 9,600 passes indicate growing student engagement. This step may increase trust in exam results and inspire other boards to modernize their assessment process.
